An agency runs the ads, the front desk calls when it can, and nobody measures what happens in between. The report says 150 inquiries. Your calendar says something else.
We track all five steps
- Inquiries
The people who filled out the form.
- Calls
The ones who got their call in time.
- Appointments
The ones booked into your calendar.
- Showed up
The ones who sat in your chair.
- Treatments
The ones who started.
Whoever only runs your ads reports the first one. Here you see all five, broken down by ad. The step where the number drops tells you what to fix, whether it's the ad, the call or the consultation.
The four pieces, in the same hands
The ad. We film your doctor and your patients in your clinic, two days a month. What that asks of the doctor.
The call. Someone on our team calls everyone who asks and books them on your calendar. Why your front desk doesn't make it.
The brand. Before filming, we work out with you how your clinic looks, how it talks and the place only it can hold in your area.
The clinic. We go through with your team what happens to a patient between the call and the chair.
Let's count the five steps of your last month together.
Where it broke with the last agency
If you still have the reports, count the five steps for one month. Where the number falls off a cliff is where the path broke.
In this example, with made-up numbers, 150 inquiries came in, 40 got a call and 5 booked. The ads did their part. The calls never happened, and what was paid for the other 110 inquiries bought nothing.
If you can't find those numbers, you already have your answer. Nobody was measuring past the ad.
