This policy applies to what dental clinics send us from this site to book a call with us, through the contact form, on WhatsApp or by phone. It doesn't cover the forms that patients of our client clinics fill out. Those forms have their own policies.

They're yours. You can ask us for a copy, a correction or deletion.
Who we are
Romas Dental Marketing is a service of Romas Media Group LLC, a production and marketing studio in Miami, Florida. When this policy says "we", it means Romas Media Group LLC.
What we ask for
- Your name, your clinic's name and its city.
- Your phone number and email. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and your profile name.
- What you want to grow: implants, All-on-X, smile makeovers or general dentistry.
- If you used the calculator, the numbers you entered: ad spend, the value of a new patient and the rates.
This contact is for clinics, not for patients. Please don't send us any patient information.
What we use it for and who processes it
What we use it for
We use your details to contact you about the call you asked for, set the time and prepare the call with your clinic's numbers. We reach you by the phone, WhatsApp or email you gave us, and only about that call. We don't use your details for anything else.
Who processes it
Romas Media Group LLC. Your details are stored in the customer management system we use, run by a provider that processes them on our behalf. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't share them with other clinics, agencies or advertisers. If you message us on WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp, a Meta service with its own terms.
How to see, correct or delete your details
Write to lroma@romasmedia.com, or on the same WhatsApp chat, and tell us what you need. We can send you a copy of what we have, correct it, or delete it from our records. We confirm by email once it's done.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
